Delivery pricing

Clearly different prices.
Starting prices cover one standard item, one pickup, one delivery, and up to 15 driving miles between locations. Both locations must be within 15 miles of dispatch. Ground-level, straightforward access; up to 90 minutes on the job.

Curbside includes crew loading and unloading, but no home entry or stairs. Standard bulky furniture requires a two-person crew included in the confirmed quote. Assembly, installation, and disposal are separate.

Heavy or oversized items, difficult access, extra dispatch travel, and jobs exceeding the standard scope receive a custom quote. Extras require approval before work.

Uses $35 per additional item. Assumes all items fit in one trip and both locations meet the local service area. Dispatch travel, long carries, special handling, and extra time are not included. This is an estimate, not a booking.

Time runs from arrival at pickup through completed unloading, including travel between locations. After the minimum, billing uses 15-minute increments. Normal local dispatch travel is included under the service-area limits above; outside-area travel is quoted in advance. Ordinary stairs and carries are included in hourly time, without duplicate fees.

Route mileage includes dispatch, all stops, and return to dispatch. Package overages: $70/hour, $1.50/excess mile, and $10/excess stop, billed for each exceeded allowance. Inside furniture handling and a second crew member are quoted separately. One-time business delivery dispatch travel is confirmed in the quote.

Before your service
Does curbside service include carrying items inside?
No. Curbside means an accessible outside pickup and outside drop-off, with crew loading and unloading. Select inside pickup or inside delivery if you need home entry.
Are appliance hookups and disposal included?
Transportation and placement are included in the selected service. Connections, disconnections, haul-away, and disposal are separate services that must be discussed and confirmed.
Can you move a whole house?
We assess the inventory, cargo van capacity, number of trips, and crew needed before quoting larger moves. Bedroom count alone does not determine the price.
When is my booking confirmed?
An inquiry or calculator estimate does not reserve a date. Your service is confirmed after J&M agrees on the job scope, price, and scheduling arrangements with you.
